Moulana Moulavi Farooq Alim lectured on the following thought provoking subject on Friday, 30th Mar.: We have to teach our children and induct them in prayers from the age of 7. The children should start performing the prayers from the age of 10. We are having sufficient number of schools-both Tamil medium & English medium- in Kayalpatnam. But our people are sending our children to other nearby places sacrificing Islamic studies and compulsory prayers. He requests all to stop this practice from the forth coming educational year. He requests VIPs to gather and decide on this subject or close and seal all the schools existing in our town.
